Hey I’m Lori, Founder of Gaia Mama Wellness.
I’m a mom of 2, massage therapist and doula based in La Broquerie (and Steinbach/Winnipeg), Manitoba.
I blend hands on body work sessions, holistic modalities and emotional support to create a nurturing experience for women becoming mothers.
I’m here to help you release your stress and tension and turn that newfound ease into trusting your body. I encourage you to follow your intuition, so that you can feel confident, calm, and comfortable at every stage of your parenting journey.
